Item must be returned in original packaging in unused condition with all tags attached~ no exceptions. Which means no dog hair ect. State what the problem is with the merchandise. We offer one free exchange for a different size if needed after that a shipping fee of $4.55 will be billed to your account. Due to high incident of used merchandise being exchanged we must implement this policy to the fullest. Since we try to provide the best prices available we ask that you comply with our refund and exchange policy. Exchanges Just drop us a email and tell us what size you need or what color or team you want to exchange your product for. As stated above we request all items come back in original condition including tags attached. As soon as we receive your item back you exchange will be forward back out to you. We ask that you check our sizing charts. Yet no matter how good a sizing chart is like people sometimes a smaller or large size is need in different styles and we understand that. Clothing specifically should be comfortable on your pet. As we have tried to make exchanges easy in the past and had ship out products to our customers so they did not have to wait long for items. Due to a few recent incidents of not receiving the exchanged items back from some customers. All exchanges will be shipped out when original item is returned. In general most people have returned items back to us. Yet due to the high amount of loss of items recently we must amend some of our policies. Shipping & Handling Policy The Best way to Reach us
The best way to reach us is through email. At this time we are solely an internet based company. We do not currently have anyone that mans our phones on a regular times. Please email all correspondences with us for prompt reply. All emails are responded to within 24 hours with the exception of when the office is closed for business related events for travel and will be noted on website and specific holidays which will be noted. We do check our emails frequently. Do you ship outside of the United States? At present time: we are only shipping orders within the United States and have also added the UK and Canada. Please note if you live in the UK or Canada to make sure that you properly measure your pet since exchanges are sometimes difficult outside of the US. Products can be held up in customs. If you live in the UK or Canada and would like your order shipped Global Priority Mail please notify us so we can bill you. You will be required to pay the additional shipping charges for that service. If you live anywhere else outside of the United States and our interested in one of our products email us and we will try to give you a company that provides these products within your area. How long will my order take to receive? All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. Our company is based out of NY. Most orders are shipped out the next day. Yet due to high demand and inventory some deliveries can be delayed. We currently have a wide variety of vendors and if a product is currently out of stock we will notify you of expected delivery time. Standard delivery time is 7-14 days for in stock items. We have noted that shipping time out west has been from 5-7 days from shipment. Some specialty items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and you it will be noted with product information how long to expect delivery. Note we only ship Monday-Friday. Holiday orders shipping sometimes takes longer. Shipping Charges vary for large and special order items. Note that some products are shipped directly from designer and shipping time will be noted with product description. During Certain Holidays Seasons or Special promotions our shipping cost may change. Do you do express shipping? Yes we can express ship items to you that are in stock at an additional charge. Just email us with your address so we can calculate the shipping cost.
